Angelika Pawlikowska, Co-Founder is the COO of Sequoya entities & Chief of Compliance for European entities. Angelika launched Sequoya Cannabis Ltd as a spin off from Sequoyalife, a CBD premium products manufactuer in Europe. Angelika is a highly successful operations leader, experienced in international environments and European Regulatory & Compliance Laws with an innate ability to ensure smooth operations of mission critical business components while maintaining the lowest possible cost. Pior to Sequoya, Angelika played a transformative role as General Manager of Polands’ most recognized Dental & Health Clinic chains. During this tenure she implemented company wide efficiencies & supporting technologies, vertically integrating patient care services with backoffice processes. Successfully increasing served patients by 105%, while increasing patient satisfaction and ultimately bringing the chain of clinics into the 21st century.
Angelika’s operational management expertise notably extends to public sector, drawing from her tenure as Operations Director in the fast-moving international festivals and musical events company ‘Music on the Peaks’ involving some of the biggest names of classical chamber music and managing large scale event budgets. Angelika holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Cracow University of Economics.
